If someone can validate you and that gives you power; they can also invalidate you and take all the power away…!

We met a thousand people and realized a thousand people, looking for their beloved and closed one’s validation. And it’s almost like each and everyone is seeking approval of other’s so why we are making a fuss about it. So my Dear it’s not about seeking approval of other’s, it’s about in the process of seeking other’s approval, you have lost your approval and yourself.

And knowing this thing and not letting this happen is one of your strengths. Similarly, when I was reading this book by Sophia Kaankuka, I realized that she shared a part of herself in this book. She wrote some snapshots of her own journey, How she manage to overcome these things, what inspires her the most and how she actually get to know her strengths. This entire book by Sophia Kaankuka tells you some life lessons under different headings- where it connects a lot of famous people, their life history, their quotes and her own self. It is a self-help book, but the way she has used certain stories is truly inspiring. My favorite example story in this book is from the chapter title- “You can conquer it all”, it is about a person Jerry, who always choose to be in a good mood regardless of the situations he is in. Likewise, she tried to explain many other life lessons on realizing your worth, learning from your mistakes, having more compassion for yourself, etc.

Sophia wrote this book to inspire people, to make a change in society which she is definitely doing. But as a reader, you may find many grammar and spelling mistakes in this book. And there are places you lose connection with the topic. But It is a good self help book because she is not only using inspiring words but also her life’s snapshot. So give this a try. And Thanks to Sophia Kaankuka, for asking me to read and review. I am grateful to you for considering me worthy of this job.
